We are pleased to share insights from the recent IRFA conference which took place at the Cape Town Convention Centre (CTICC) from 6-8 October 2024. Salt Employee Benefits had an opportunity to take the stand and present on the intriguing topic, “Two-Pot System Paradigm: Unveiling Collective Lessons and Strategic Pathway from an Administrators’ Perspective.”

Our speakers Ms. Nazlie Seegers and Mr. Malesela Molefe captivated the audience with their engaging presentation which encouraged interaction and discussion, drawing in delegates with thought-provoking questions around the reality of administering industry retirement funds especially now with the advent of two-pot system.
