Salt EB’s new disciplinary policy

In an effort to improve staff compliance of Covid-19 safety protocols, Salt EB has been forced to introduce the harshest of corrective action.

In terms of the Labour Act Section 13. Clause 47(a) in conjunction with Section 76. Clause 96(b) (iv), the following will now apply to repeat offenders with immediate effect.

You will be required to go three rounds in the cage with Salt EB’s in-house MMA fighter.

GOT YA!!!!

Please join us in welcoming Konrad Woods as Manager of the Call Centre.
Konrad has much industry experience and the traits found in MMA fighters are very similar to those of our own call centre staff. Disciplined. Respectful. Tough. Skilled. Committed.

Konrad is a bit of an adrenalin junkie. Apart from being an MMA fighter, this bodybuilder also loves superbikes. He believes that cage fighting instils discipline, responsibility, and the ability to control emotions. While Konrad still enjoys sparring, he has stopped competitive fighting, saying: “Coming to work with a bruised face is just not professional!”

KONRAD INVITES YOU TO JOIN HIM FOR SOME MMA FITNESS TRAINING AT SALT EB ON 30 SEPTEMBER AT 09h00.

PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN MATS AND TOWELS.
