“Our roadshow programmes are so important because the number one challenge we encounter is a lack of knowledge about how the funds operate and what rights and benefits the members are entitled to. Very often the workers have not had time to read through informational pamphlets we send via their employers. When we meet our fund members face-to-face, we can have a real conversation about their funds. A highlight of the roadshow experience is when members get excited about asking questions and knowing that we leave them empowered with all the knowledge they need about their provident fund.”
