NQF Level 4 Basic Management qualification.
COVID-19 restrictions prevented us from honouring Salt EB’s graduates earlier but we were finally able to get together and acknowledge the sacrifices that they made while celebrating a noteworthy achievement.
These fine Salties completed an NQF Level 4 Basic Management qualification, a challenging assignment made even more testing by the pandemic conditions.
The certificate course provided the students with valuable insights in key areas such as leadership concepts; achieving objectives; identifying promising talent; motivating and building a team; personal and team time management, rounded by essential skills such as problem-solving, decision-making, and the ability to push through and implement.
