LESIBA JAN KGOSANA (JAN)
Jan joins the Admin team as a Senior Manager TSRF and will report directly to Danzil. Jan’s extensive experience at the Mineworkers Provident Fund (MWPF) compliments the requirements of this extensive portfolio. His operational management experience will ensure the delivery of long-term benefits and service obligations to members, specifically regarding the payment of claims. Welcome Jan, we look forward to the value that you bring to Salt EB!
KONRAD WOODS
Reporting to Danzil, Konrad joins Salt EB as Manager Contact and Walk in Centres. Konrad has over 24 years of call centre experience. In his most recent role, he managed a team of five managers, six team leaders and a total staff compliment of 265 agents. Great to have you on board Konrad!
SAJID ABDULLA – 1 SEPTEMBER 2021
Sajid joins Salt EB’s Contributions team as a Contributions Administrator. He is new to the employee benefits industry, but has an advanced experience in Excel and 3 years’ experience in administration. Sajid is a sports enthusiast who enjoys watching, playing and coaching soccer. We know that Sajid will, excuse the pun, excel at Salt EB.
SHANDUKHANI THUVUKHALI – 1 SEPTEMBER 2021
Shandukhani is a Custodian who whilst being a familiar face, will now be a permanent employee of Salt EB. She is a hard worker and enthusiastic, and more than ready to add value to the Saltie team. Shandukhani has definitely shown that she is prepared to go the extra smile ;).
MPHO MTHETHWA – 1 SEPTEMBER 2021
Mpho joins Salt EB as a Contributions Administrator. He joins us with 8 years of experience in Administration. Mpho has also worked on the Umbrella fund and other funds. His knowledge will greatly benefit the Contributions team.
NISHIDA REDDY – 1 SEPTEMBER 2021
Nishida joins us as a Specialist Contributions Administrator. She brings over 20 years of industry experience with her. Nishida has experience in various employee benefit departments and this can only be of benefit to her colleagues and Salt EB overall. .
LUNGISA LUVELA – 1 OCTOBER 2021
Lungisa is currently working at AF and will be joining Salt in the Contributions space as an administrator. He is passionate about his work and so excited to be a Saltie. He has advanced experience in the contributions space and has worked as a Senior Administrator. We look forward to seeing what Lungisa brings to Salt EB.

With previous experience in employee benefits and other industries, Adeline joins the Contributions team as an Administrator from Tenant Life. She is passionate about the employee benefits space and has worked as a Team Leader and Senior Administrator. We welcome her industry and broad working experience, and are sure that her passion for the industry will shine brightly.
